This front beach home located in ''The Avenues'' on Isle of Palms has awesome unobstructed views. Ocean breezes and good times await the next owner. With six bedrooms spread on either sides of this house, multiple families would not feel they were on top of each other. The vaulted ceilings with large windows over looking the ocean is a wonderful way to connect and enjoy the views. This house is currently set up for multiple family members to stay in the same house, but be separated in their own areas and multiple ocean views from most bedrooms. Currently leased long term with good income.
